Quality Issue/ Resolved by amazing Customer service!

I recently wrote a review on a hat that I ordered that came in and had a minor issue with a spot that didn't get sewn properly. The guys at Blank Rope Hats were immediate in their response and quickly resolved my issue by sending me a perfect replacement as well as a few other things to try out as a way of saying sorry. I am blown away by their top-notch customer service as well as the great hats they produce.
