RETURN CLAIM POLICY
We sure do appreciate your business but we hate to see that you need to return some hats......
We do accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the hats are unused and in their original state.....
RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a product please follow the steps below:
Email us at info@blankropehats.com and let us know that you would like to return your hats. We will email you back with a return label. Please print out attach to the return box with the hats inside.
Once we receive the return, we will refund your order.
NOTE: There will be a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
We have limited shipping options for returns over 30 hats, in which case you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
